Robert Hoffman is head stylist and owner of Shear Talent.  He has been in business for 45 years.  Robert believes his success comes from the continuous education provided for his stylists.

Shear Talent is a family oriented business.  Robert's wife, Kim is also a hair designer at the salon.  His mother-in-law, Vi, is one of the many friendly, helpful receptionists.
