Robert Hoffman is head stylist and owner of Shear Talent.  He has been in business for 41 years.  Robert believes his success comes from the continuous education provided for his stylists.

Shear Talent has over 40 employees.  This includes 23 talented hair dressers, and 2 nail techs.

Shear Talent is a family oriented business.  Robert's wife, Kim is also a hair designer at the salon.  His mother-in-law, Vi, is one of the many friendly, helpful receptionists.
